Photogram

A photogram is a photographic image created without the use of a camera or lens. Objects are placed directly onto a sheet of photographic paper, which is then exposed to light. Areas where the objects block the light remain unexposed and appear lighter in tone, while the exposed areas darken. This technique produces unique, shadow-like images that capture the shapes and translucency of the objects used.
